SUMMARY
The standard complex of stomatological patients preparing in the cases of chronic system pathology for the dental implantation was developed. These complex includes non-specific efferent and nonefferent methods: a small volume plasmapheresis, a cryoprecipitation of blood plasma, an intravascular laser irradiation and an extracorporal pharmacological treatment of red and white blood cells. These approach provides for the possibility of surgical dental implantation in spite of chronic system pathology. Success in results are due to the forming a long-term remission - "therapeutic window". Using the developed complex for the treatment of patients significantly reduced the incidence of complications in dental surgery after the implantation performed on patients suffering from a number of autoimmune diseases, chronic infections and metabolic syndrome, which were previously considered as contraindications to the operation of dental implantation.
It has been shown the correction of hormonal status in experiment on female rats during postreproductive period and on women during menopause with the help of a metabolic composition named “Amberen”, which was produced on the base of succinate and its derivates. Amberen treatment increased in mineral content and density of bones in experiment on old rats and on women with osteopenia. In spite of succinate content the Amberen administration did not increased an arterial blood pressure in experiment on spontaneous hypertension animals and in clinics.
